we had a blast, and we truly made mexico proud with the food that was presented last night in light of their 202 years of independence from spain! thanks to all that attended, it was great to see new faces, and welcome some previous diners! we are now on to planning the next meal that is set for 09.21.12 and it is going to be insane! we are going to celebrate the "day of the dead" with a 5 course meal that is going to surely be remarkable. we will have the staple dishes that are used during this time of the year where we remember ones that have passed, and honor them by making shrines and dancing and eating the night away in their memory.
