this month has been pretty busy with holidays, and cooking and eating and so much socializing. we had the great pleasure of hosting a private party for a previous supper guest who wanted to treat his friends and family to a supper that they would not soon forget! he contacted us with the anticipation that we would create an "all star meal". we had decided to pull all of the "favorites" from our previous suppers and create a 4 course + 1 surprise course meal for him and his guests. here is a quick glimpse of some of the highights of the evening:
