Its that time of year right now when all of the best crops of summer start to co-mingle with the early luscious flavors of early fall! The green city market never disappoints and the heirloom carrots, stone fruit and tomatoes are at their peak, but yesterday we also saw some amazing early squash, great tasting grapes from Mick Klug, about two dozen varieties of apples from Nichols, along with all the beautiful gooseberries, raspberries and plums, we are very excited to play with all of these flavors!
